An Investigation into Neural Interfacing, using an EMG device in Virtual Reality
The project investigates Neural Interfacing and assesses its feasibility and usefulness, firstly by means of an extensive literature survey and then by the selection and implementation of a particular device (EMG) in a demonstration in the Rhodes Virtual Reality System. The literature survey and demonstration both show that this technology is feasible, useful and has current and potential relevance to the computing field, particularly in the area of Virtual Reality.
